Today we went to Bruges Waffles and Frites. They are a small waffle house located on the North side, across from Pioneer Park in Down Town Salt Lake City. Bruges is from Bruges, Belgium. They make a sausage, frites sub like sandwich with a special sauce witch is very good. This is called the Machine gun. Go give it a try. It is good. Next time I go I will try some of there waffles. Make sure you order some frites to, not fries. =)
