Today we went down to Gateway to try something new. We stumbled upon Costa Vida’s. A Mexican style lunch where they make it right in front of you. I had a chicken burrito smothered enchilada style….. Very tasty. The service was fast and friendly. If you are at the Gateway Center in Down Town Salt Lake city you must swing by for lunch.
